Floõnci respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you visit our website or join the Floõnci waitlist.

At this stage, Floõnci is a pre-launch language-learning platform. Our website primarily allows visitors to learn about Floõnci and sign up for early-access updates.

1. Information We Collect

When you join the Floõnci waitlist, we collect the email address you provide.

We may also automatically receive limited technical information normally provided when a website is accessed, such as basic server or request information. We do not currently use the waitlist website to collect payment information, language-learning activity, or other sensitive personal information.

We use your email address to:

• confirm that you joined the Floõnci waitlist;
• send important pre-launch and early-access updates;
• notify you about product availability or launch news;
• manage your email preferences and unsubscribe requests; and
• help operate and protect the Floõnci website and waitlist.

We do not sell your personal information to advertisers or other third parties.

3. Service Providers

We use third-party service providers to operate portions of the Floõnci waitlist.

In particular, we currently use Supabase to store waitlist information and Resend to deliver confirmation and waitlist-related emails.

These providers may process information on our behalf only as necessary to provide their services to Floõnci and subject to their own applicable terms and privacy practices.

4. Email Communications

By joining the waitlist, you ask Floõnci to send you communications related to the waitlist, early access, product development, and launch.

You can stop receiving these emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in our emails.

5. How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain waitlist information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Floõnci waitlist, communicate with people who requested updates, comply with applicable legal obligations, and maintain records of unsubscribe requests.

If you unsubscribe, we may retain limited information necessary to record and respect your request not to receive future marketing emails.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect the information we maintain. However, no website, database, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Children’s Privacy

The current Floõnci waitlist website is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we learn that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected through the waitlist without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to remove it.
